Horsham District Council has recently been ranked in the top five best places to live in the UK and has featured in Channel 4 property experts – Kirsty and Phil’s Top 10 places to live in the UK three times.  As the area’s biggest lettings agent, Courtney Green has seen a significant increase in the number of people keen to relocate to the area, with May being the best letting month of this year so far.

The new ranking looked at 50 different factors with Horsham scoring highly across all of the categories.

The town ranked well in a number of other categories such as high life expectancy, low levels of household poverty and low levels of deprivation compared to other parts of England.
