This service is used by Landlords who instruct us to market the property, to market the property, carry out viewings and to find/reference new tenants. We have no ongoing duties after the tenant has taken occupancy and the tenancy has started.
75% plus VAT (90% inc VAT) of the first months rent.
This fee is deducted from the first months rent that we will collect.
In addition to marketing, viewings, finding and referencing new tenants, the fee includes;
RENEWAL CHARGE: £84 (£70 plus VAT).
This service is as the Introduction Only service, plus the added benefit of us remaining as your agent for the entire tenancy, remaining in between the Landlord and the Tenant, and collecting/paying the rent across to you*. The fee is deducted from the rental income as payable (typcially monthly);
58% plus VAT of the first months rent for the first month, then;
9.6% incl VAT (8% plus VAT) of each subsequent months rent. Inclusive of;
RENEWAL CHARGE: £84 (£70 plus VAT)
This is a service used by Landlords who wish us to carry out the Let & Rent Collection Service, with the added benefit of periodic inspections on the property and greater involvment in maintenance and property issues. This fee is deducted monthly, from the rental income.
60% plus VAT of the first months rent for the first month, then;
12% incl VAT (10% plus VAT) of each subsequent months rent. Inclusive of;
RENEWAL CHARGE: £84 (£70 plus VAT)
