01 Apr Pick up an extra egg for our Easter appeal
We are calling out to the generous people of Horsham to donate an egg to our Easter Egg appeal. All donated eggs will be given to Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice for their tombola taking place during Horsham Piazza.
From now until Thursday 5th April, Easter eggs can be dropped off to the Courtney Green office in the Carfax.
Chestnut Tree House is the only children’s hospice in Sussex and cares for children and young adults from 0-19 with progressive life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses from all over the county.
Nick Courtney and Steve Greenfield, Directors of Courtney Green commented:
“We’re so glad that we are running this appeal. All the money raised from the tombola will help Chestnut Tree House continue their fantastic work and we would like to encourage everyone to put another egg in their shopping basket to donate.”
Gemma Cooper, Community Fundraising Assistant at Chestnut Tree House commented:
“We’re extremely grateful to Courtney Green for thinking of Chestnut Tree House for this appeal. The Easter egg tombola will take place at the Chestnut Tree House stand during the Horsham Piazza on Good Friday and Easter Saturday and it will help us to raise vital funds. We look forward to meeting you all there and fingers crossed for good weather.”
The Horsham Piazza is an Italian themed weekend in Horsham town centre. Attractions include an Italian market, Ducati and Ferrari Friday and Italian themed entertainment throughout the weekend.
