We are delighted to announce that we have joined the SAFEagent campaign, meaning that our tenants and landlords can rest assured knowing their money is protected by a Client Money Protection scheme.

This means that we are now displaying the SAFEagent logo, joining the 1,200 lettings and management agents nationwide who have also signed up to the scheme.

The logo was launched for lettings agents, by lettings agents following a number of high profile media cases where unscrupulous agents had absconded with tenant and landlord funds.  The aim of the SAFEagent scheme is to identify agents in Client Monday Protection Schemes and highlight the risks of using ‘uninsured’ agents.
