A Horsham estate agent is getting into the St George’s Day spirit this year by offering a special deal to anyone called George or Georgina.

On St George’s Day, Monday 23rd April, anyone called George or Georgina who instructs Courtney Green, to sell their property will receive a 50% discount on their estate agent fees.  That would make a saving of £1,875 should the property sell for £250,000.

Those wishing to take Courtney Green up on their offer will need to produce photographic identification will be required in passport or driving license format and the offer is only valid on Monday 23rd April 2012.
