14 Nov Exam success at Courtney Green

We’re delighted to announce that Courtney Green lettings expert Eleanor Mulligan has successfully passed level 1 and 2 of the nationally recognised Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Equivalent to A-Level standard, the award covers key elements within the industry including health and safety, law and management practice.  Eleanor will be completing levels 3 and 4 in the New Year to become a fully bonded member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
