We established our Letting department in 1990 and have spent almost three decades becoming the largest independent lettings agency in Horsham. We have a fantastic portfolio of more than 700 properties ranging from town centre studio flats to substantial country houses and cottages.
We also have long standing relationships with many businesses and, are regularly recommended and used by several local, national and international companies for the relocation of their staff to Horsham and surrounding areas, which can be a valuable enquiry channel.
As you would expect from an established business, we are a fully bonded member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and the Property Ombudsman for Letting Agents.
When it comes to tenants, we undertake a rigorous checking process in order to secure the best tenant for your property. We will be the primary point of contact for the tenant and aim to ensure that they are content in the property – after all, happy tenants often result in happy landlords.
